We checked out the three LTVAs west of Yuma along I8.  Tamarask and Pilot Knob had nothing special to offer, but the Hot Springs LTVA is really nice.  The hot spring pool is quite large and there is a cement hot tub like pool connected to it.  The pool is about 104 to 106 degrees and the hot tub area is about 4 degrees cooler.  We didn't go into the pool, but we heard that only the surface was hot.  They also have a shower by the tub.  We will probably go there on Thursday.

We stopped at the Foothills Frys grocery store and bought steaks and shrimp.  We had the steaks tonight.  Called home and heard it was 13 degrees below at 3:00 PM.  Plan to be somewhere in the San Diego area on Friday.
