We got up this morning and got ready to go to Joshua Tree, a town about 70 miles south of Apple Valley.  I moved the dolly and backed the motorhome up so Marjorie could back hers out of the garage.  Cathy finshed cleaning the inside of the motorhome and then Cathy and I went to the Victorville Walmart and the Apple Valley Stater Bros to get some things for the breakfast potluck.  The Walmart was the best we've been in in California, but still didn't have a lot of things that most Walmarts have. At 5:30 PM we went to the Rode House in Yucca Valley for dinner.  The Rode House only serves between 5:00 and 8:00 PM.  The food was good and we got back to the campground at 8:00 PM.  Some went to the club house to play games and some went to their motorhomes to watch Ugly Betty on ABC, the only OA channel available.  This campground is unique in that it only rents to clubs, chargeing a flat fee per night, which the campers can split among themselves.
