Drove around Apple Valley and Victorville today.  The weather was perfect, 65 above, no clouds and very little wind.  I could see Big Bear to the south with snow and another mountain to the northwest with snow.  Marjorie said you can see people skiing under the lights on the mountain to the northwest.  Stopped at the AAA office at the mall in Victorville to get maps for the trip to the coast and Fresno.  Apple Valley is where the Roy Rogers museum is and Roy and Dale Evans are buried in the cemetary.  Cathy visited the cemetary and saw their graves.  We had a cassarole tonight with almond Champagne.  After dinner we watched the Long, Long Trailer DVD with Desi Arnez and Lucille Ball.  We then finished off the cherry pie and ice cream.  Tomorrow we leave for a campout with the high desert WIT club in Joshua Tree.
