We started the day with a potluck breakfast with members of the WIT High Desert Rig Runners.  We had a lot of good selections.  Conversation turned to how everyone had met and gotten married.  I had my ODNA meeting with Mark and Bryon at UND at 11:30 AM our time.  Denis was putting his screen door opener and awning locks on a couple of rigs so I suggested that he bring his ladder and drill over to our rig so we could install the new door shade.  We got the shade installed and then Cathy and I went for a drive in Joshua Tree National Park.  We did about a 30 mile loop from Oasis to Joshua Tree.  We stopped at the Yucca Valley Walmart and Stater Bros to pick up some things.  The Walmart was the best one we have seen so far in California.  The Stater Bros was also nice.  We got back and went to Turkey Dinner provided by Lorraine, Mary and Carl.  It was just like a holiday with all the trimmings, turkey, mashed potatos, dressing, cranberry sauce, gravy and salad.  We had pie for desert.  After dinner Cathy played Spinner Dominoes. Some of the others played poker.  Carl and Al helped me plan the router for the next few days, with suggestions for campgrounds.
