We left Congress, AZ and took Vulture Mine Road to take an I8 - Hwy 85 bypass around Phoenix.  We saw some really beautiful spots to camp on BLM land along Vulture Mine Road, some areas even had EVDO Verizon connectivity.  We were helped by the 40 mph wind at our backs on I10, I think it made a 5 to 6 mph difference on steep grades.  I have gone about 400 miles on this tank and the guage shows just under half full.  We are at another Escapees Rainbow Park, Dream Catcher in Deming, NM.  We got here late and there weren't any pull thru spots, so we dry camped again.
