The bus left Essen 1/2 hr late. We went thru The Netherlands, Belgium and France and the bus got on the P&O Lines ferry at Calais, France. It took ninety minutes to cross the channel and we had breakfast on board. We got into the station in London exactly on time after 13 hours of travel. We had one stop for 20 minutes after about 3 1/2 hrs of travel at a Service Plaza in The Netherlands. We walked from Victoria Coach Station to Victoria Train Station, about 3 blocks. We found out that there aren't any escalators or elevators in the Underground. I was pulling about 100 lbs on a suitcase dolly and several people helped me up and down steps. We are at the hotel, the Paddington Court and they have WiFi in the lobby, that I'm using, and ethernet in the room. We got here at 7:00 AM and our room won't be ready until 2:00 PM. We are going out now to look for some coffee. It is 9:20 AM. Nice sunny warm day here.
