We got up early and went to Oatman, AZ.  It is an old mining camp on Old Route 66.  The highway goes right thru town and sometimes traffic is held up for a gun fight.  Wild burros roam thru town and the shops sell bags of carrots to feed to them.  They were a lot of fun.  The BLM makes sure there is only one male in the group and there are eleven females and some babies.  Clark Gable and Carol Lombard spent their honeymoon at the Oatman Hotel.  The hotel bar is totally papered with $1.00 bills that people have signed.  Bought some post cards and sent them as the post office has a special cancellation.  Drove about another 5 miles on Old Route 66 towards Kingman, AZ for the view.  While I am posting this, a pack of coyotes has come up to the motorhome and started yapping and howling.  Snoopy barked and howled back.
