John, Allen (Helen's father) and myself went to the Golden Corral for breakfast at 8:00 AM.  After breakfast John drove me out to Lands End (location of the mysterious light), Chapel of Ease, the Penn Center (where the Gullah culture is studied) and the Marine Corp Air Station.  Cathy went to church with Helen and her sister Edith at Ebineezer Baptist Church.  I was cold so didn't do much during the day.  Helen and Edith fixed a large dinner with ham, turkey wings, ribs, macaroni and cheese, potatoes and boiled cabbage/
