I went over to the Post Office in Bard, where I had rented a Post Office box on line.  I signed the rental agreement and picked up the keys.  The lobby with boxes is open 24 hrs and they have lockers for packages.  If you get a package, they put it in a locker and put the key for the locker in your mail box.  We went into Yuma to meet several epople for lunch at Logan's Road House.  They have two for one specials for lunch on Monday and Tuesday.  Cathy had ham, sweet potatoes and a grilled vegetable skewer.  I had a pork chop with mashed potatoes and brewski onions.  All for $12.99.  After lunch we went to Home Depot to pick up a porcelain plate for the oven.  Then we went to the new Walmart at 8 1/2 Ave. off I-8.  We got gas for $1.99 at the Chevron station.  We got home too late for Happy Hour.  The weather was nice most of the day, but we had rain about 5:00 PM and a lot of wind thru the night.  We put the slide in as the gusts were above 40 mph.
