We spent the day at the motor home.  I got the patio area all set up.  We went and got the mail about 2:30 PM.  We were going to stop at Imperial Gardens for dates to send to Kathryn, but there were so many people there that we couldn't find a parking space.  We went to the next date farm, Sun Garden Growers, where we found the same situation.  Some one pulled out, so I took the parking space.  We bought some dates and papaya spears.  I got a date shake and sat under the shade trees and made phone calls.  We went on to the post office in Bard and got our mail.  Got back just in time for happy Hour at Dennis and Rowina's.  We grilled hamburger steaks .  While grilling the steaks a burro came up to me. I took some pictures and he wandered down to the camp fire. We took the hamburger steaks, some zuchinni and potato salad down to the camp fire.  We all left early to listen to the President's speech.
