Another nice sunny day. Drove over to the Pilot station near the Cracker Barrel and filled up, gas $1.83/gal. Headed up US71 into Missouri. Stopped at Cowlaw RV near Carthage. They have a lot of surplus and used RV parts as well as a very complete stock of new items. Picked up the Winegard Wingman that I couldn't get at Camping World. They had sold over 100 since February and probably had at least 50 in a display. Bought some Winnebago drawer pulls to match the ones in the motor home and another low profile brass light to go under the cabinet behind the passenger seat. Looked at a 2005 Journey they had on consignment. 34,000 miles, 36'. They wanted $109,000. Enjoyed driving thru Missouri and took I35 when we got to Kansas City. Stopped for the night at the Terrible's Lakeside Casino for the night. They have a nice RV park for $20 night full hook ups. They give you back $10 credit to gamble with. The show was the
Edwards Twins, Impersonators of the Stars. The show cost $15 ea and I didn't think it was worth it. When we were going back to the RV the courtesy van driver said he had two free tickets if anone wanted them. Cathy and I took him up on it and went to the show. The female voice inpersonations were perfect. They were good, but I'm glad I didn't pay $30 to see it. After the show we ate and watched TV.
