The weather was a lot better today.  Still extremely windy, but warmer and sunny.  We took of at 9:00 AM and drove up I35 to Des Moines where we stopped at the Flying J and filled with gas, $1.89.  This was the first Flying J where the Loyalty Card actually worked, didn't have to take the card into the cashier before pumping to go past the $75 limit.  Continued up I35 to Clear Lake and then over to IA69 on IA18 to Forest City.  Stopped at the Winnebago Visitor Center and got a pass to park over night.  Went over to the Service Center and picked up some marker light gaskets, hopefully they will solve the water leak.  Took Cathy to the Dollar General, Pamida and Bill's Family Foods.  Cathy picked up a couple London Broilers and grilled them on the stove.  They were really good.  Watched Dancing With the Stars and Castle.  Had ice cream and went to bed.
