We left Keystone RV on the Maryland Pennsylvania border at 8:15 PM.  We had about 270 miles to drive to our destination of Liberty Harbor Mariana and RV in Jersey City, NJ.  The RV Park is just across the harbor from Manhattan.  We drove down I81 to I78. We stopped at a Walmart in Clinton, NJ to get some supplies.  Our GPS was acting up and loosing the satellites after being on for about an hour.  I had decided to buy a Garmin 1300 that Walmart was selling for $179 in Mount Airy.  They were out of that model in Clinton, so bought a Garmin 1350 for $269.  It did a good job of getting us to Liberty Harbor Marina and RV.  We arrived at 3:30 PM.  Some of the worst streets I have ever been on are in Jersey City.  The Arizona desert off road trails have fewer holes and ruts.  The RV park is basically just a parking lot with electrical connections and a bath house.  Very close to the Path and light rail transportation.  The ferry docks right at the RV park.  $60/night.  We got set up and talked to a lot of the campers.  A lot of dogs including a standard poodle from British Columbia.  The poodle saw a cat and broke thru the screen door on the fifth wheel.  About dark we went off to explore Jersey City.  We bought some vegetables and olives, pickles and pickled tomato at a farmers market.  There was an Octoberfest going on at one of the bars with outside live entertainment.  We checked out the Path rail and got back to the motorhome at 8:00 PM.
