Another perfect day. No clouds, warm and nice breeze. Over night low was 56 degrees and the high today was 83 degrees. Had my 16th treatment this morning. When I got back to the motor home we left to have lunch with some Nodak Flickertails at San Tan Flat Steakhouse in Queen Creek. We drove out to Mesa and met Eleanor and Myron at Orangewood Shadows. We rode with them to San
Tan Flat Steak House. We got there at 12:30 PM and met Jerry & Betty and Ralph and Shirley. Jerry and Betty had their daughter Bev with them. San Tan Flat Steak House is a unique restaurant. All orders have to be placed at the bar and picked up at a window. The restaurant is set up to have the majority of customers outside, where at night they have entertainment and fires through out the area for a campfire experience. They have long forks to roast marshmallows on. It is al a western motif. The food was really good. i had the regular hamburger and Cathy had a grilled chicken breast sandwich, which she said was very good, juicy and tender. Cathy had potato cakes and I had french fries. On the way back we stopped at the
Pork Shop. They have extremely good meat sticks and sausage. On the way back Myron pointed out the Superstition Ranch Market farmers market. I am keeping tabs on the Sioux Bull Dogs haockey game on Twitter. At this point UND is ahead 2 to 0, with about 2 minutes left. We are having left over Irish stew for dinner.
