Nice day, but over cast most of the day. the over night low was 55 degrees and the high today was 84 degrees. Had my 23rd treatment this morning.  They were running 45 minutes late. Started watching the NASCAR Martinsville race before leaving for my treatment.  The race was on in the waiting room, so I didn't miss much.  After catching up on some reading we went to Beall's Outlet for the Monday 15% discount for those 50 and over. Stopped at the 99 cent Only store on the way back to the motor home.
