Another perfect morning in Yuma. The over night low was 50 degrees. When we left Yuma at noon it was 75 degrees. When we went through Casa Grande at about 4:00 PM it was 80 degrees, Tucson at 5:00 PM was also 80 degrees. When we stopped for dinner in Benson at 6:00 PM it was 71 degrees. As I write this in Lordsburg, NM at 11:30 PM it is 53 degrees. It was a beautiful drive across Arizona today taking in the desert and mountains and listening to Willie's Place on XM radio. Cathy scored almost all day long and is working on it it right now. We had left overs and a sandwich for lunc and two chili dogs each for dinner, quite a change from the casino and Golden Corral for the last three nights. We are staying over night here at the Lordsburg Flying J in the RV parking. We stopped at the 99 cent Only store on the way out of Yuma so we are well stocked with snacks.
