Weather looked a little better today and the sun was trying to come out. Over night low was 47 degrees. It was 58 degrees when we left at 10:00 AM. We took I-35 north. I saw several billboard signs about ham sandwiches at Robertson's in Marietta, OK so stopped and bought two sandwiches. Farther down the road we stopped to buy pecans, they were pricey, but bought 1 pound of halves. We bought them at Mason's Pecans in Norman, OK. We went through Oklahoma City during rush hour, wasn't too bad though. It was 64 degrees when we went through at 5:00 PM. We took I-35 to the Kansas border and then switched to US-81. We stayed at a Walmart on the Wichita West I-235 bypass.
