Went to have a 6 month prostate cancer checkup with Dr. Grado at SW oncology Center. He said every thing was fine. I had a CT scan for comparative purposes.

 We did some grocery shopping at the Safeway in Mesa. The weather is nice but cool, 60 degrees for a high and down to 45 degrees at night.
