This is the first overcast day in a long time. Over night low was 52 degrees and the high was 79 degrees. Cathy usually goes walking with out neighbor Andy every morning at 8:00am. When he hadn't come by 8:30am, she went to check on him. he had gotten sick over night and was coughing up blood. Bob took him to the hospital in Yuma. Later in the day we learned that they took 1 1/2l of blood and other liquid out of his stomach. His dog Skipper went to spend the day with Rene' and Val's dog Pepper.

We went to Yuma via the post office in Bard. Bought a few things at Walmart on Pacific and then headed out to Fry's on Fortuna in the Foothills. Stopped at Starlight Solar to see what they had. They had a new model Samlex inverter SSW-R1-12 2000 watt pure sine wave inverter . We then went on to Fry's and bought peppermint stick ice cream.

When we got back to the motor home, we found out that Bob was still at the hospital and that there wasn't any new word on Andy. Skipper was going to have a sleep over at Pepper's.

We had macaroni and cheese with the left over hot dogs sliced up in it.
