We had rain a couple of times over night and a lot of wind. When we got up at 7:30am it was pretty nice. It was 65 degrees when we left for San Antonio. We had rain off and on and got to San Antonio at 12:30pm.
We went to SAS Shoes . We were registered for the 2:05pm tour. They have a very nice store with a lot of old fashioned things, cars and soda fountains and other things. The tour was very interesting.The tour guide, Flo, said that SAS meant sexy after sixty. It also means San Antonio Shoemakers. They are all hand made, but on a production line.


SAS General Store

 We fueled up at a Shell station on the way out of town for $3.09. We are staying over night at the Walmart in Sequin, TX . Had a hard time finding it, but got here before dark. Pretty warm here as I write this 81 degrees at 7:00pm.
