The over night low at Deming was 29 degrees. When we left at 9:00am it was 44 degrees. We headed out on I-10 and got to El Paso at 11:00am. We fueled up at the Pilot station for $3.09. We stopped at Van Horn, TX about 3:00pm for ice cream cones at the Mc Donalds. We stopped for the night just outside of Sonora, TX at a rest stop. It was 180 miles from San Antonio. Was warm when we went to bed, 65 degrees. The total mileage for the day was 482 miles and we got into the Central time Zone, so lost an hour,
