02-10-2012 - Run the Solar Power Cable

Another sunny perfect day. My friend Lloyd from Saskatchewan came over to help me. The plan for the day was to run the 2 gauge cables from the roof, through the refrigerator to the basement compartment beside the steps. This will allow me to mount the inverters right next to the batteries. It is important to keep the cables as short as possible. Every thing went well and we were able to get the cable run by lunch time. Lloyd came back after lunch and we worked on the back board. There were a couple of surprises there, so we quit for the day. Cathy and I went in to pick up my prescription. Stopped at CVS and picked up my prescription, I was kind of surprised it was there. My co-pay was only $8.00. Immediately took one of the tablets. Dropped Cathy off at Beall's Outlet so she could scout it out to get the big discounts on Monday, email coupon and old peoples 15% discount. I went to Lowes while Cathy was at Beall's. I struck out completely again. Stopped by Walmart on way back to motor home.
Sunny and same high and low as yesterday, 50 degrees over night and high of 83 degrees. Wind was 3 to 9 mph and gusts to 12 mph.
