Beautiful clear morning. Over night low was 51F. The high today was 72F. The wind was variable and gusting to 7mph. After sunset it was calm.
Cathy awoke with atrial fibrilation. She still has it at 9:00PM as I write this.
Alan and I drove into the Foothills in his Grand Cherokee. We first stopped at Al’s RV Parts. Alan got a screen door latch and a short hose and I bought a pair of brackets to fix the top vanity drawer. Alan has installed his latch, I haven’t fixed the drawer yet. We then went next door to the 99 Cent Only store. We bought some produce, candy, cookies and other essentials.
Next we drove to Walmart. We got just about every thing we needed at the 99 Cent Only store, but they don’t sell beer. I bought a 30 pack of Tecate beer, paper bowls, waste tank treatment and coffee. I didn’t notice what Alan bought. There was a Rat Terrier Service Dog in Walmart and I talked to the owner. His name is Roco. They have a little 4 1/2 lb female Rat Terrier also. Roco likes to play, but turns professional as soon as his vest is put on.
We then headed west on I-8 to Bard to stop at the post office. I had ordered switches from Digi-Key to fix the lights in the motor homes and they were there. There was quite a bit of mail that had been forwarded.
We had happy hour at 4:00PM at Jim and Lucy’s. Several went to the RV show in Quartzsite this morning, but got back just in time for happy hour.
I had my left over lasagna from Monday’s lunch for dinner. Went down to the camp fire until about 8:30PM.
